With Roezan, you can have 2-way communication with your prospects.

The conversations tab allows you to see individual conversations with each prospect that you have.

When a prospect replies, we display a yellow dot to signify there is an unread reply.

Once you open the message, the yellow dot will disappear, as the message has been read.
